金吾财讯 | 火箭实验室公司（RKLB）提交招股说明书补充文件，公布全新股权分销协议，公司可通过德意志银行证券以及富国银行证券，择机出售最高19.44亿美元的普通流通股。本次协议对应的发行额度，等同于2026年5月20日签订的30亿美元旧股权分销协议当中尚未售出的剩余额度。此前签订的 30亿美元股权分销协议已经正式终止并被本次新协议所替代，在旧协议执行周期之内，公司已经完成约10.6亿美元规模的股票出售。通过更换分销协议，公司延续了二级市场灵活配售股票的融资渠道，为自身业务运营、项目研发储备资金，而潜在的股票供给增加，也给二级市场股价带来直接压力。消息披露之后，RocketLab盘前股价下行3％，开盘报78.53美元。后续市场一方面会持续跟踪公司实际的股票发售节奏以及实际募资落地规模，同时也会关注新增股份供给对股本、股权稀释层面带来的实际影响，观察资金面对公司后续航天项目扩张的态度变化。
