8月13日，广东省人民政府印发《关于调整我省最低工资标准的通知》。
为贯彻落实“健全最低工资标准调整机制”的决策部署，根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》和《最低工资规定》(原劳动保障部令第21号)，结合我省经济社会发展状况，省人民政府决定对全省最低工资标准进行调整。
一、从2026年9月1日起，对我省全日制就业劳动者月最低工资标准和非全日制小时最低工资标准进行调整。此次调整后全省分为三类标准，其中广州、深圳执行一类标准，广州市调整为2680元/月，深圳市调整为2700元/月，对应的非全日制小时最低工资标准均为25.4元/小时；
二类标准调整为2300元/月，执行地区为珠海、佛山、东莞、中山，对应的非全日制小时最低工资标准为21.9元/小时；
三类标准调整为2040元/月，执行地区为汕头、韶关、河源、梅州、惠州、汕尾、江门、阳江、湛江、茂名、肇庆、清远、潮州、揭阳、云浮，对应的非全日制小时最低工资标准为20.2元/小时。
