【特宝生物：开立15.18亿元可转债募集资金专户并签三方协议】特宝生物公告称，公司向不特定对象发行15.33亿元可转换公司债券，期限6年。扣除发行费用后，实际募集资金净额15.18亿元，已于2026年8月3日到账。公司开立了募集资金专项账户，分别为新药研发项目6.71亿元、生物技术创新融合中心建设项目4.50亿元、特宝生物创新药物生产改扩项目-产线建设4.01亿元。公司、国金证券与各监管银行签署了《募集资金专户存储三方监管协议》。
