Micron Technology has launched a $250 million investment fund that will partner with companies shaping AI.

The Micron Ventures Paradigm Fund will be distributed across the full AI technology stack from model architectures to enterprise applications, the company said Thursday.

The fund will drive innovations and strengthen the company's ability to deliver leading memory and storage solutions to meet growing AI demands, vice president of corporate development Rene Hartner said.

The Paradigm fund builds on Micron Ventures' Fund I and Fund II, which were launched in 2019 and 2022, respectively. It brings Micron Ventures' total capital commitment to $550 million.
