ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，随着人工智能、生物科技等领域涌现大量高增长初创企业，面向普通投资者的私募股权和 Pre-IPO 投资工具快速增加，亿万富豪投资者比尔·阿克曼（Bill Ackman）旗下投资机构 Pershing Square 正在筹备推出一只新基金，为投资者提供参与未上市高成长公司的机会。
目前 Pershing Square 已启动设立 “Pershing Square Ventures” 的相关流程。该基金将采用 “永久资本” 模式，可长期持有投资标的，并在被投企业上市后继续持有股份。
阿克曼与 Pershing Square 首席投资官 Ryan Israel 在致股东信中表示，新基金旨在捕捉 Pre-IPO 企业的投资机会，并扩大公司在公开市场之外的投资范围。目前，Pershing Square 尚未披露该基金的目标规模、投资策略细节以及具体募资时间表。
