智通财经APP讯，泽景股份(02632)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2026年6月30日止6个月(报告期)内将取得国际会计准则下税前亏损约为人民币4.02亿元至人民币4.22亿元，较2025年同期增加65.9%至74.2%;以及国际会计准则下归属于母公司拥有人的亏损约为人民币4.04亿元至人民币4.24亿元，较2025年同期增加60.9%至68.8%。
根据现时所得资料，上述亏损主要由于可转换优先股的公允价值变动，与本公司在首次公开发售前融资期间所发行的可转换优先股相关，本公司在首次公开发售前的估值上升导致优先股价值增加。其他因素诸如本公司首次公开发售的上市开支以及海外业务拓展资源投入加大等亦对该亏损构成轻微影响。
