近日，黑龙江省知识产权局与省法院、省检察院、省公安厅、省市场监管局、哈尔滨海关联合印发了《黑龙江省重点商标保护名录管理办法》（以下简称《办法》）。此举旨在落实《黑龙江省知识产权保护条例》相关要求，进一步提升对高知名度商标的保护效能。
《办法》紧密结合黑龙江省产业特色和商标保护工作实际，针对当前商标保护精准度不足、重点品牌维权难、保护机制不健全等痛点难点，强化高价值商标精准保护，将黑龙江省市场认可度高、品牌影响力大、经济效益突出的注册商标纳入保护名录，构建规范化、常态化、长效化的重点商标保护工作机制。
依托重点商标保护名录，黑龙江省将深化知识产权保护部门间全链条协作机制，在案件线索共享、联合执法、协助调查等方面沟通协作，加大商标侵权假冒行为打击力度，畅通维权援助渠道，切实维护商标权利人合法权益。
下一步，黑龙江省知识产权局将推进《办法》的宣贯与落地工作，同步开展政策解读与业务培训指导，并有序启动首批重点商标名录的申报认定。持续强化商标品牌培育与保护，引导经营主体树立品牌意识、提升品牌价值，助力龙江特色产业提质升级。
