智通财经APP讯，大众公用(01635)发布公告，现公司收到：中国银行间市场交易商协会《接受注册通知书》(中市协注(2026) PDFI33 号)，决定接受我公司债务融资工具注册，有关事项如下：公司债务融资工具注册金额为63亿元。注册额度自通知书落款之日起2年内有效，由上海银行股份有限公司、江苏银行股份有限公司、北京银行股份有限公司、中国银行股份有限公司、上海农村商业银行股份有限公司、中国民生银行股份有限公司、宁波银行股份有限公司和上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司联席主承销。公司在注册有效期内可分期发行超短期融资券、短期融资券、中期票据、永续票据。发行完成后，应通过交易商协会认可的途径披露发行结果。
