ChainCatcher 消息，代币化平台 Securitize 公布 2026 年第二季度财报。报告显示，该季度平均代币化资产管理规模达创纪录的 43 亿美元，同比增长 16%，期间新增约 10 亿美元代币化资产。聚合交易量达 53 亿美元，同比增长 147%。基金服务业务管理资产规模约 243 亿美元，服务 663 只活跃基金。
公司总营收同比下降 5% 至 1440 万美元，其中代币化业务营收下降 12% 至 780 万美元，资产服务业务营收增长 3% 至 660 万美元。净亏损扩大至 2170 万美元，调整后 EBITDA 由上年同期盈利 180 万美元转为亏损 550 万美元。
Securitize 于 7 月 2 日通过与 Cantor Equity Partners II 合并在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码 SECZ。公司表示，进入第三季度时拥有约 3.5 亿美元现金且无债务。
