Li-FT Power (ASX:LFT) completed a "bought deal" public offering of about 7.9 million common shares at CA$2.90 each for gross proceeds of CA$23 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to fund care and maintenance costs for the first year of the Renard option agreement and for working capital.
