智通财经APP获悉，腾讯控股(00700)绩后低开逾3%，截至发稿，跌3.29%，报446.4港元，成交额6.97亿港元。
消息面上，8月12日，腾讯控股发布2026年第二季度财报。第二季度，腾讯营收2047.85亿元，同比增长11%，环比增长4%；净利润同比增长0.7%至560亿元，低于市场预期；Non-IFRS经营利润756.36亿元，同比增长9%，环比持平。今年上半年，腾讯营收4012.43亿元，同比增长10%；Non-IFRS经营利润1512.63亿元，同比增长9%。
值得注意的是，AI基础设施的前期投入把现金流"砸"成负数。腾讯二季度资本开支达528亿元，环比一季度 319亿增加了65%；自由现金流转负至-138亿元，这也是2005年以来，腾讯首次出现自由现金流为负。公司表示，若剔除算力预付款为376亿，净现金由一季度的1469亿元下降为581亿元。
