【美国国际贸易委员会对三星电子部分移动电子设备发起337调查】8月12日，美国国际贸易委员会宣布对部分移动电子设备发起“337调查”。调查源于日本麦克赛尔7月10日提交的申诉，后于7月24日提交修订版申诉，指控相关产品在美国进口及销售过程中侵犯其部分专利权，并要求发布有限排除令和禁止令。此次调查对象包括三星电子及三星电子美国公司。USITC表示，目前尚未就案件实质作出裁决，后续将由行政法官举行听证并作出初步裁定。USITC将在启动调查后45天内确定调查完成目标日期。
