智通财经APP获悉，长风药业(02652)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.84%，报16.89港元，成交额6539.77万港元。
消息面上，长风药业发布公告，已于2026年8月6日完成配售2174.77万股新H股，配售价每股H股13.82港元，净筹约2.95亿港元。据此前公司公告披露，其中净筹款项约70%用于集团创新候选药物的临床及临床前开发；约15%用于在全球范围内开发集团的复杂吸入制剂产品(包括CF048、CF059/CF060、CF066 EDS、CF067、CF068及CF011/CF088)的CMC研究、临床研究、给药装置开发以及注册及监管申报开支。
据悉，长风药业已建立起覆盖研发、生产及全球注册的完整吸入制剂平台，同时具备雾化剂、气雾剂、粉雾剂、鼻喷剂、吸入喷雾剂、小核酸、脂质体吸入递送等多种技术路径的研发与生产能力，形成了从多剂型平台建设到原研创新的完整进阶路径。公司自研ICF001新药临床试验申请已获国家药品监督管理局正式受理。目前国内PH-ILD领域尚无任何特效药物获批，ICF001有望成为国内首个获批用于治疗PH-ILD的吸入药物，填补这一临床空白。
