【宜家拟处置上海宝山商场物业，已委托仲量联行代理】宜家中国近日就上海宝山商场物业后续安排发布说明。英格卡集团已正式委托仲量联行，代理旗下中国市场部分已停运商场自持物业的处置工作，上海宝山商场物业在列。 宜家上海宝山商场2013年开业，2026年停运，接待访客近3000万人次。宜家中国表示，该自持物业位于上海市宝山区，总建筑面积约10.5万平方米，目前资产已全面清空、产权清晰，可按现状即时交付。项目未来可探索改造为社区商业综合体、融合文旅元素的体验式消费空间或其他创新业态。
