Ferrovial (FER) plans to delist its ordinary shares from Euronext Amsterdam in September, citing increased liquidity on Nasdaq and the Spanish stock exchanges, the company said Thursday.
Ferrovial said the move will simplify its listing structure and improve trading efficiency.
The last trading day on Euronext Amsterdam is expected to be Sept. 10, with the delisting effective Sept. 11, the company said.
