0322 GMT - UOL Group's project launch pipeline in Singapore looks robust, OCBC Group Research's Andy Wong says in a report. It has three new projects slated for launch from the fourth quarter through the second half of next year, the analyst notes. Also, the Marina Square complex in Singapore's downtown core is one of the property developer's most anticipated projects, the analyst says. The project is expected to obtain written permission from the Urban Redevelopment Authority in the third quarter. A written permission approves property development plans. OCBC Group Research raises the stock's fair-value estimate to 12.92 Singapore dollars from S$12.87, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 3.1% lower at S$9.25.
