博泰车联公告称，公司近期收到国内头部新能源整车厂的项目定点通知，将作为该客户全新车型平台供应商，采用地平线星空芯片方案。公告明确提及，这是行业首个纯国产舱驾一体芯片高端AI座舱定点，标志着本公司从智能座舱龙头向“舱驾融合”跨域引领者进阶的AI战略商业化落地。
值得注意的是，8月7日，博泰车联宣布上市以来的首次重大产业并购，拟以不超过14亿元收购成都明夷约70%股权。此次收购的长期想象力不仅在于AI数据中心的高速成长空间，还在于车载光通信。双方将协同布局车载光通信赛道，把握智能汽车架构升级背景下底层高速数据传输需求爆发的机遇，共同拓展车载通信万亿增量市场，形成端云协同的数据闭环。
