智通财经APP讯，润歌互动(02422)发布公告，本集团预期截至2026年6月30日止6个月将会取得税后纯利不少于人民币230万元，对比截至2025年6月30日止6个月的税后纯亏损约人民币2080万元。本集团亦预期截至2026年6月30日止6个月将取得经调整纯利(即界定为就汇兑差额及按公平价值计入损益的金融资产的公平价值变动经调整的期内溢利╱(亏损))不少于人民币170万元，对比截至2025年6月30日止6个月的经调整净亏损约人民币1910万元。
董事会认为扭亏为盈主要归因于：(i)鉴于不确定的市场环境，集团在甄选优质客户方面延续其审慎政策，以管理信贷风险敞口，同时加强贸易应收款项的催收工作;(ii)为促进集团的长远增长及提升营运韧性，本集团已采取积极措施优化成本架构，以维持灵活性、保障核心业务投资，并为持份者创造长期价值;及(iii)透过于2025年12月完成出售附属公司(详情载于本公司日期为2025年12月22日的公告)，本集团成功降低集团的成本基础。经作出上述战略性成本削减，集团可将资本转向投资利润率更高的增长商机。
