花旗发表报告指，ASMPT第二季业绩及第三季指引均远超预期，订单出货比维持五年高位，近期股价回调35%使风险回报吸引。光大证券指出，AI强劲需求驱动公司TCB、CPO及FC等多领域订单持续爆发，26Q2业绩超市场预期，进一步验证其在AP领域的全球领军地位。公司资源将进一步聚焦后道封装及SMT核心业务，利润率中枢有望持续上移。
