ChainCatcher 消息，据 Robinhood 官方消息，Robinhood Ventures Fund II（RVII）宣布完成首次公开募股定价，共发行 800 万股普通股，每股定价 25 美元。基金总规模为 2.255 亿美元（扣除销售费用及发行开支前），若承销商全额行使额外购买 120 万股的期权，规模最高可达 2.555 亿美元。
股份预计于 8 月 13 日在纽约证券交易所开始交易，股票代码为 RVII，发行预计于 8 月 14 日完成。Goldman Sachs 担任此次发行的主簿记人，Citigroup、J.P. Morgan、UBS Investment Bank 及 Wells Fargo Securities 为联席簿记人。
