消息面上，中东复产预期加强令铝价高位回落。据报道，中东最大铝生产商之一阿联酋环球铝业(EGA)预计将投入约4亿美元，用于修复其位于阿布扎比、因战争受损的铝冶炼厂并恢复生产。EGA在一份声明中表示，该冶炼厂的产量预计将在明年第一季度恢复至战前水平，公司目前正努力加快这一恢复进程。目前，该冶炼厂约18%的电解槽已重新启动，7月初仅为7%。
