消息面上，8月13日，云知声发布公告，继U2-Med三医大模型发布后，公司近日正式发布自研医学影像多模态大模型“U2-RadiMed”。该模型为国内首个深度融合医学影像理解、报告生成、临床推理决策与视觉问答的全链路影像大模型，支持单张、多张影像与文本的多模态混合输入，全面覆盖CXR(胸部X光)、CT、MRI等主流医学影像类型，构建起报告生成、病灶检测与定位、临床推理、临床决策、通用医学VQA、高级医学推理六大核心能力框架，可完成“看影像→调知识→做推理→出结论”的完整工作闭环。
U2-RadiMed的发布，标志着公司大模型能力正式进入医学影像这一更复杂、更专业的临床核心场景，进一步完善了公司“通用基座大模型—三医专业大模型—医学影像多模态大模型”的医疗AI产品体系，巩固了公司在医疗人工智能领域的技术领先地位。未来，公司将持续深耕大模型在泛医疗领域的应用和创新，推动医学影像AI从技术突破走向真正的医疗生产力，助力医疗机构提质增效，为公司股东创造长期价值。
