智通财经APP讯，翼辰实业(01596)发布公告，根据对本集团截至2026年6月30日止6个月的未经审核合并管理账目及董事会目前可得的资料而作出的初步评估，预期截至2026年6月30日止6个月本集团将取得合并净利润约人民币1320万元，较截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得的合并净利润约人民币4870万元，减少约人民币3550万元，下降约72.9%。
董事会认为，本集团的财务表现下滑主要由于受到铁路项目工程施工进度和产品结构变动的影响，本集团铁路扣件系统产品销售收入下降，致使截至2026年6月30日止6个月本集团产品毛利合计减少约人民币4260万元。
