Centurion Corp.'s 2H Revenue Growth Likely to be Robust

0657 GMT - Centurion Corp.'s 2H revenue growth is likely to be robust, Maybank Research's Eric Ong says in a research report. Management has guided 2H revenue of around 190 million Singapore dollars, implying growth of around 22%, which looks quite conservative, the analyst notes. The robust performance is underpinned by factors including its new bed capacity and assets added in 4Q 2025 and 1H 2026, continued healthy occupancy and moderate rental reversions. Also, the accommodation asset provider's new key worker accommodation segment is expected to be the next growth engine. Maybank Research raises the stock's target price to S$1.78 from S$1.69 with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 0.6% higher at S$1.61.
