【曾经日耗千万“养虾”，王莆中聊美团AI应用四阶段】近日，美团核心本地商业CEO王莆中在公开演讲中谈及对企业AI应用的观点，同时分享了美团内部进行AI变革的过程。王莆中表示，从现状看，虽然AI供给丰富，但在落地方面，现阶段仅有少数企业能统计到可以测量的收益。这一问题源于四重错配：认知上，企业对AI要么夸大要么轻视；效率上，大模型用于日常事务而未触及核心；场景上，AI仍游走边缘，未能融入经营核心；考核上，追求立竿见影却忽视企业内部适配程度。在王莆中看来，这四重错配叠加，导致AI投入难以转化为可测量的生产力增长。王莆中透露，美团在AI变革上经历了4个阶段。第一阶段是今年的2月到3月，公司开启全员“养虾运动”，但结果是账单暴涨，每日消耗上千万元，同时养虾产生的谬误干扰了真实经营。
