ChainCatcher 消息，据 News1 消息，韩国将从 8 月 20 日起将虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）的注册审查范围扩大至主要股东。若主要股东或公司法律合规框架发生变更，运营商须提前 30 天通知金融当局。
韩国金融情报院（FIU）和金融监督院（FSS）在首尔面向虚拟资产服务提供商及潜在运营商举办的说明会上公布了修订后的注册手册。审查对象不仅包括最大股东和持股 10% 以上的主要股东，还包括与最大股东有特殊关联的股东。若最大股东为法人，该法人的最大股东及代表人也可能被纳入审查范围。
