近日，《中国（内蒙古）自由贸易试验区二连片区中蒙跨境支付互联互通建设八条举措》正式审议通过，并以二连浩特市政府名义印发实施。
八条举措深度覆盖吃、住、行、游、购、娱、医全场景涉外消费需求。一方面遵循“应接尽接、能接尽接”原则改造存量商户收款终端和收款码，实现一码多用、终端兼容，支持受理境外电子钱包。另一方面鼓励推出低费率扶持政策，面向商圈酒店、景区、医疗机构优化涉外支付商户。
据悉，二连浩特市将打造一批跨境支付示范街区与标杆商户，统一规范外卡受理标识布设与常态化巡检。在消费激励方面，试点面向境外来华人员推出消费补贴，依托“你好！中国”APP保障补贴精准发放。在服务保障方面，通过印发中蒙双语版《境外来内蒙古人员移动支付服务指引》，搭建线上一体化跨境支付服务平台，建立政企银常态化会商机制，开展常态化多渠道宣传，持续优化自贸区支付服务供给。
