日前，广东省人民政府印发通知，2026年9月1日起，全省月最低工资标准、非全日制小时最低工资标准将迎来调整提高。

此次调整后全省分为三类标准，其中广州、深圳执行一类标准，广州市调整为2680元/月，深圳市调整为2700元/月，对应的非全日制小时最低工资标准均为25.4元/小时；

二类标准调整为2300元/月，执行地区为珠海、佛山、东莞、中山，对应的非全日制小时最低工资标准为21.9元/小时；

三类标准调整为2040元/月，执行地区为汕头、韶关、河源、梅州、惠州、汕尾、江门、阳江、湛江、茂名、肇庆、清远、潮州、揭阳、云浮，对应的非全日制小时最低工资标准为20.2元/小时。

按照原劳动保障部《最低工资规定》和《广东省工资支付条例》规定，最低工资标准是指在法定工作时间内劳动者提供了正常劳动的情况下，用人单位应当支付的最低劳动报酬，不包括延长工作时间工资、高温等各种特殊工作环境条件下的津贴、法律法规和国家规定的劳动者福利待遇等。最低工资标准包括月最低工资标准和小时最低工资标准两种形式，月最低工资标准适用于全日制就业劳动者，小时最低工资标准适用于非全日制就业劳动者。
