智通财经APP讯，粤港湾智算(01396)发布公告，于2026年8月13日，深圳鸿睿(本公司之一间间接非全资附属公司)与浦银金融租赁订立融资租赁协议，据此，浦银金融租赁同意以合计购买价约人民币16.87亿元向深圳鸿睿购买若干IT设备及配套设备，并将其回租予深圳鸿睿，各协议项下的租赁期均为61至62个月。于相关租赁期届满后，深圳鸿睿可按各协议项下人民币1元的名义代价购买相关租赁资产。
租赁资产由深圳鸿睿拥有的 IT设备及配套设备组成，该等设备用于提供AI算力云服务。
董事认为，融资租赁安排为本公司提供灵活且具成本效益的融资管道，以持续采购 IT 设备及配套设备，满足本集团 AI算力云服务订单的交付需求。
