新浪科技讯 8月13日下午消息，据黑猫投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】，消费者郑先生花 588 元买了Bilibili World 的门票，原定 7 月 10 日去现场观展。没想到临出发前身体出状况，7 月 9 日查出急性阑尾炎，要紧急做手术住院，无法去到现场。郑先生说，自己马上把医院诊断、住院证明全部提交到了平台，并申请退票退款。11 天的等待之后，等来的却是平台不予退款的回复。
郑先生说自己要求并不高，不一定非要退全款，退一部分钱、给代金券，别的补偿方式他都可以商量。沟通的时候他甚至妥协说 “哪怕退一块钱也行”，但客服还是明确表示不能办理。最让他无法理解的是，同样去不了现场，一部分受台风影响的用户却成功退掉了票，他质疑平台存在双重标准。他觉得突发重病住院属于意料之外的特殊情况，平台理应通融处理。到现在，这笔门票退款依旧没有着落，平台也没有再来联系协商解决。
对此投诉，截至发稿，B站官方暂无回应。B站客服表示，客服仅能为用户核实进线账号的购买订单，展会在详情页有明确的退换说明，若需要购票，下单前可查看。
