智通财经APP讯，MERDEKAGOLD-DRS(06228)发布公告，香港公司注册处已于2026年8月7日发出注册非香港公司更改名称注册证明书，证明本公司的新中文名称“自由黄金资源股份有限公司”(“中文译名”)已根据香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部注册。
本公司的英文及法定名称“PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk”维持不变，原因为中文译名尚未于本公司注册成立地点注册(因此，于注册成立地点并无发出任何更改名称证明书)。中文译名仅供识别之用，并将于2026年8月18日生效。
本公司香港预托证券(“预托证券”)于联交所买卖所用的中文股份简称“自由黄金-DRS”将自2026年8月18日上午九时正(香港时间)起生效。英文股份简称“MERDEKAGOLD-DRS”、本公司股份代号“6228”以及有关预托证券的其他买卖安排将维持不变。
