智通财经APP讯，均胜电子(600699.SH)发布公告，兴银金融资产投资有限公司(简称“兴银投资”)、中邮金融资产投资有限公司(简称“中邮投资”)拟分别向公司控股子公司安徽均胜汽车安全系统控股有限公司(简称“安徽均胜安全”)增资5亿元与10亿元。增资完成后，兴银投资、中邮投资将分别持有安徽均胜安全约2.1459%、4.2918%股权，安徽均胜安全仍为公司控股子公司。
此次增资款项主要用于偿还公司向其提供的股东借款，再由公司偿还自身存量银行贷款，降低总体负债规模，减少利息费用，有助于优化控股子公司安徽均胜安全资本结构及公司整体债务结构，尽快实现公司总体资产负债率低于60%的目标，有利于进一步提高公司的整体经营韧性与持续盈利能力。
