SK集团亿万富豪董事长崔泰源（Chey Tae-won）已就法院要求其在离婚财产分割中向前妻支付9440亿韩元（约合6.43亿美元）的判决提起上诉。
崔泰源的法律团队周五表示：
“经过慎重审议并考虑各种情况，崔泰源董事长已向韩国最高法院提起上诉。将继续推进后续法律程序，目标是将对股东以及集团经营造成的任何负面影响降至最低。”
此前，首尔高等法院于7月24日判决，要求崔泰源向前妻支付这笔巨额款项。
分析师表示，这笔离婚财产分割不太可能对崔泰源的财富造成实质性削弱，也不太可能威胁到他对规模庞大的SK集团的控制权。SK集团业务涵盖半导体、能源和电信等领域。
根据彭博亿万富豪指数，这笔钱约相当于崔泰源56亿美元个人财富的12%。此次上诉意味着这场持续多年的法律纠纷仍将继续，该案已成为韩国历史上金额最高的离婚案件。
崔泰源与前妻卢素英（Roh Soh-yeong）于1988年结婚，两人的结合将韩国最显赫的政治和商业家族之一联系在一起。
两人育有三个孩子。2015年，两人的婚姻关系公开出现裂痕，当时崔泰源披露自己与另一名女性育有一名孩子，此后双方开始了漫长的法律纠纷。
