Fitness Fanatics Files for IPO

Sports-nutrition company Fitness Fanatics has filed for an initial public offering.

The company plans to offer 7 million shares for $4 to $6 apiece, it said.

It expects total proceeds to be $32.4 million, excluding expenses, and plans to trade shares on Nasdaq under the ticker FIT.

Fitness Fanatics sells sports-nutrition products in Hong Kong, China and Malaysia. It has more than 1,500 places where it sells items, including gyms, supermarkets, convenience stores and online.

The company also provides marketing services to sports-nutrition-brand owners and other distributors.
