中国质量新闻网讯 日前，黑龙江省双鸭山市市场监督管理局发布关于电动汽车充电桩CCC认证强制实施的提醒告诫。
各电动汽车充电桩生产、销售、运营使用经营单位：
根据国家市场监督管理总局2024年第50号公告，2026年8月1日起，电动汽车供电设备（充电桩）正式实施强制性产品认证（CCC认证）管理。
8月1日后，未取得CCC认证的电动汽车供电设备，严禁出厂、销售、进口以及用于各类经营活动。
8月1日前，已经投入运营的设备，经营者应当严格遵守《中华人民共和国产品质量法》《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》有关规定，保证其提供的商品或者服务符合保障人身、财产安全的要求。
在此告诫各相关经营主体：要严格落实产品质量主体责任，严格遵守CCC认证制度，杜绝无认证出厂销售、冒用CCC认证标志等违法行为。双鸭山市市场监管局将持续加大对电动汽车供电设备的监督检查力度，严厉查处各类违法违规行为，筑牢安全底线，积极营造人民群众买得放心、用得安心的消费环境。
