OpenAI 之所以能够存在，离不开 Sam Altman 的愿景；Anthropic 以及埃隆·马斯克旗下 AI 相关企业的发展同样如此，这些创始人的核心价值在于提出长期战略和方向，而不是简单地向自己的 AI 模型询问下一步该做什么。
Tom Lee 同时将 Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev 归入同一类别，认为其正在领导一家处于高速增长市场中的公司，该市场增速甚至超过整体经济，Vlad Tenev 也是其看好 Robinhood 股票的重要原因之一。
Tom Lee 认为，在 AI 时代，技术本身可能逐渐普及，但能够定义市场方向、推动组织执行的创始人能力仍将成为企业长期竞争优势。
