亚博科技控股近日发布公告，拟将中文名称更改为“金鼎金融科技集团有限公司”。此外，今年6月，亚博科技宣布，已根据港交所主板上市规则第9B章，正式向香港联交所提交转板上市申请。
值得注意的是，亚博科技控股旗下TGX已与香港黄金交易所集团成立合资公司，进一步推进贵金属电子交易、清算及结算核心平台建设。按照规划，核心平台完成后，香港黄金交易所现有的金条交易、清算、结算及相关电子业务，预计将迁移至该平台。
