万国数据-SW(09698)发布第二季度业绩，净利润8.38亿元 同比扭亏为盈

智通财经APP讯，万国数据-SW(09698)发布截至2026年6月30日止3个月第二季度业绩，净收入同比增加6.5%至人民币30.88亿元(单位下同);净利润8.38亿元，去年同期则取得净亏损7058.4万元;每股基本收益0.52元。

于2026年第二季度末，已签约及预签约的总面积为784,802平方米，较2025年第二季度末的 663,959平方米及2026年第一季度末的725,485平方米，分别同比增加18.2%及环比增加8.2%。于2026年第二季度，签约面积总增长为64,750平方米。总签约面积净增长为59,317平方米。

万国数据主席兼首席执行官黄伟先生表示：“我们于2026年第二季度交出稳健的财务与营运成果，反映我们对严谨执行力的持续承诺。于本季度，我们在加速交付积压订单的同时，仍保持高水平的净新增订单。就目前情况而言，我们有望于今年实现创纪录的销售承诺，该承诺将远高于我们的原定目标。我们对中国市场因主要受人工智能需求推动而呈现在眼前的机遇感到非常振奋。我们有信心把握这些巨大机遇并大规模拓展我们的业务。”

首席财务官Dan Newman先生表示：“于第二季度，我们的收入及经调整EBITDA同比增长6.5% 及2.5%，经调整EBITDA率为45.5%。随着财务状况及融资能力增强以支持我们的业务扩张，我们将继续专注于为我们的业务合作伙伴及股东创造可持续的长期价值。”
