智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体回落，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌4.92%，报0.58港元；新城发展(01030)跌4.38%，报1.42港元；富力地产(02777)跌1.9%，报0.207港元。
消息面上，根据克而瑞公布的2026年7月销售业绩排行榜，百强房企7月操盘口径销售金额达到15918.2亿元，同比下降14.6%。国泰海通证券分析师涂力磊表示，7月市场进入传统淡季，预计重点城市市场持续修复，房企加强营销力度，重点房企销售业绩降幅有望持续缩小。
摩根大通发布研报称，内房板块昨日急升约5%，但未见明确行业消息，认为市场可能受城市更新五年计划的新闻所刺激，但有关计划早于2026年5月已公布，并非新消息，15万亿元人民币的投资估算亦已多次提及。该行预期，若无新消息或明确催化剂，预期今轮反弹仅属短暂。
