Paysafe Posted Inline Q2 Revenue on North America iGaming Volume Growth, LatAM Strength, RBC Says

Paysafe (PSFE) posted inline Q2 revenue with H2 ramp visibility, driven by sustained North America iGaming volume growth, strength in Latin America, as well as PaysafeWallet in Europe, RBC Capital Markets said in a research report emailed Friday.

Continued growth in iGaming volumes, alongside data licensing deals, drove a 6% merchant solutions organic growth in Q2, according to the note.

The brokerage said it now expects 2026 adjusted EPS estimate of $2.01 from $2.22 earlier, but maintained its revenue estimate at $1.82 billion.

While restructuring costs rose due to settlements related to the Farzad litigation, adjusted EBITDA margins also contracted during the quarter due to increased investments in the Digital Wallets segment as well as product mix, analysts wrote.

The brokerage maintained its sector perform rating on the stock and lowered its price target to $9 per share from $11.
