Getty Images Launches Model Context Protocol Server for AI Workflows

Getty Images Holdings (GETY) said Wednesday it launched a Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, giving developers, enterprise technology teams, and AI platform builders a standardized way to integrate the company's licensed creative, editorial, and archival content into AI-powered workflows and products.

The company said the server allows AI agents to discover, retrieve, and use its visual content library through a standardized framework supported by leading AI platforms, complementing its existing API offerings.

Getty Images said the offering is designed for enterprise customers, media organizations, and technology partners, supporting use cases spanning marketing, advertising, news, sport, and entertainment.
