消息面上，8月13日，中芯国际发布2026年第二季度未经审核业绩。公司二季度营收30.06亿美元，环比增长20%，同比增长36.1%；毛利7.61亿美元，环比增长51%，同比增长69.1%，毛利率由一季度的20.1%升至25.3%；公司拥有人应占利润4.79亿美元，同比增加261.7%，环比增加142.7%。公司预计，三季度收入将环比增长2%至4%，毛利率进一步升至26%至28%。
中芯国际表示，二季度营收增长主要受晶圆销量增加、平均售价上升及产品组合变化推动。二季度公司销售晶圆286.9万片（折合8英寸标准逻辑），环比增长14.4%，同比增长20.1%；产能利用率由一季度的93.1%升至93.7%，高于去年同期的92.5%，继续逼近满产水平。
