今天（13日），我国“十五五”开局投产的首条千万吨级原油管道——连云港至仪征原油管道工程的首段——连淮段投产成功。

连云港至仪征原油管道穿行于苏北水网地带，全线超九成线路途经水域，施工难度位居国内同类管道前列。

连仪管道连淮段途经连云港东南部及淮安东北部平原，全线水网线路长达138公里，占线路总长度的95%以上。在江苏省北部，新沂河及灌河穿越是全线最长、技术难度最高的控制性工程，是决定全线贯通进度的核心节点。

国家管网集团建设项目管理公司江苏项目分部经理 文运明：我们创新采用“定向钻+内滩连头+定向钻”的组合穿越工艺，单段穿越长度约5.7公里，比计划提前12天打通了全线贯通的关键通道。

建设期间，管道累计穿越大中型水域9条、小型河流439处，穿越铁路、公路共14处，给施工作业带来了极大挑战。

国家管网集团建设项目管理公司江苏项目分部经理 文运明：为最大限度减少对地表生态、水系环境的影响，项目全线优先采用定向钻穿越工艺，累计实施69条定向钻作业，穿越总里程达47.68公里。
