智通财经APP讯，中国电力(02380)发布公告，2026年8月14日，新源智储(本公司一家非全资拥有的附属公司)作为卖方与新疆盛元订立了一份BESS采购合同。根据该合同，新源智储将为哈密北项目提供一个全集成的电池储能系统，包括所需的设备材料及其相关服务，代价人民币1.15亿元(约相等于1.32亿港元)。
新源智储已同意为哈密北项目提供BESS所需的设备材料及其相关服务，此包括磷酸铁锂电芯、电池柜、电池管理系统、变流与升压变压器整合站、能源管理系统、舱间线缆及辅助设备，并提供安装、调试、性能评估、试运行，以及涵盖质保期(即自初步性能验收之日起五年)内的跟进服务。在质保期内，卖方有义务修正可能出现的任何缺陷和损坏。
于订立BESS采购合同的同日，新源智储与国宁科技(根据招标要求获指定的电芯供应商)订立了该电芯采购合同，代价人民币7429.18万元。
为哈密北项目提供BESS，将可使新源智储在储能领域获得市场份额及积存实力，有利于本集团打造全方位新能源供应链，符合本集团向绿色低碳能源供应商和服务供应商转型的战略目标。
