8月14日，黄金股震荡走高，截至发稿，中国黄金国际涨超13.35%，灵宝黄金涨超3%，赤峰黄金涨超1%。
消息面上，中国黄金国际公布，今年上半年销售收入9.142亿美元，同比增长57.5%；矿山经营盈利达到6.20亿美元，同比增长124%；公司拥有人应占溢利约5.07亿美元，同比增长153.31%。其中第二季度销售收入4.61亿美元、同比增长50%，净溢利2.758亿美元、同比增长137%。公司董事长侯晨光在业绩报告中表示，这是公司历史上最亮眼的季度及半年业绩。
此外，美国劳工统计局最新公布的7月PPI涨幅低于市场预期，叠加前一日公布的CPI数据降温，通胀压力进一步缓解，市场对美联储的加息预期继续降温。光大期货认为，美9月甚至年内加息概率接连下降，但金价走势不涨反跌，一是有利多落地获利了结的可能，二是或与日央行加息预期引起的市场流动性恐慌有一定关系。不过整体来看，美联储9月加息预期下降下或整体仍维持高位震荡走势。
