National Australia Bank Says Mortgage Applications Fall 16% Year-over-Year in June Quarter

National Australia Bank's (ASX:NAB) said the total home lending monthly applications fell 16% year-over-year in the June quarter, a Monday Australian bourse filing showed.
The mortgage applications were down 15% quarter-over-quarter. New loans to owner-occupiers fell 14%, and those to investors declined 17% over the period.
