智通财经APP讯，中国技术集团(01725)发布公告，于2026年8月18日(交易时段后)，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，本公司已有条件同意透过配售代理按尽力基准以每股配售股份0.300港元的配售价向不少于六名承配人(其本身及其最终实益拥有人(如适用)为独立第三方)配售最多1.64亿股配售股份。

假设本公司已发行股本自本公告日期起至配售事项完成日期并无其他变动，则配售事项项下配售股份的最高数目相当于(i)本公司于本公告日期现有已发行股本约20.00%;及(ii)紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行最高数目配售股份扩大的本公司已发行股本的约16.67%。每股配售股份0.300港元的配售价较(i)股份于2026年8月18日在联交所所报收市价每股0.330港元折让约9.09%。

假设成功配售所有配售股份，配售事项所得款项总额将最多约为4910万港元。而所得款项净额最多约为4858万港元(经扣除应付配售代理的配售佣金及配售过程中发生的其他相关成本及费用后)，其中(i)约2000万港元用于投资于公司以拓展精密制造业务，将本集团精密制造业务由“电子组装”往“材料高度加工”上游延伸，强化垂直整合与闭环能力;及(ii)剩余余额最多约2858万港元用作本集团一般营运资金，包括但不限于本公司的薪金、租金、专业费用及办公室开支等持续行政开支。
