8月19日,光大证券(601788.SH)发布2026年半年度报告,并同步披露2026年中期利润分配方案。公司拟向全体股东每股派发现金红利0.17元(含税),合计拟派发现金红利约7.84亿元。这是光大证券连续第3年进行年中分红,也是公司上市以来第4次在年中实施分红。
连续3年分红
根据公告,截至2026年6月30日,公司总股本为46.11亿股,以此计算合计拟派发现金红利7.84亿元(含税)。本次现金分红占2026年上半年合并归属于上市公司股东净利润的35.16%,占2026年上半年合并归属于上市公司普通股股东净利润的38.50%。
从历史记录来看,光大证券2024年中期每10股派0.905元,2025年中期每10股派1.095元,2026年中期每10股派1.7元,分红力度逐年提升;此外,在2009年上市首年,公司中期每10股派5.8元。据统计,公司上市以来累计分红(含2026年方案)21次,累计分红金额达186.51亿元。
中报业绩增长
财务数据显示,2026年上半年光大证券实现营业收入60.56亿元,同比增长18.17%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润22.29亿元,同比增长32.45%;扣非净利润20.62亿元,同比增长33.64%。基本每股收益0.44元,同比增长37.50%。
从收入结构看,手续费及佣金收入45.5亿元,同比增长28.74%;利息收入26亿元,同比增长5%;投资收益净额13.7亿元,同比增长11%。
