金吾财讯 | WEC能源（WEC）旗下威斯康星电力公司（WEPCO）已与NextEra Energy（NEE）子公司签署一项为期20年的长期购电协议（PPA）。根据协议，WEC将购买Point Beach核电站两个机组86%的电力产能、辅助服务及相关环境属性。据悉，新协议将在现有合同到期后接续生效。其中，1号机组协议期为2030年10月至2050年；2号机组协议期为2033年3月至2053年。目前，该协议尚需获得威斯康星州公共服务委员会（PSCW）的批准。WEC表示，若顺利获批，新协议条款预计将比现行购电协议为终端客户节省用电成本。业内分析认为，通过锁定Point Beach核电站长达20年的基荷电力，WEC不仅为满足数据中心等新增用电需求提供了稳定的无碳能源支撑，同时也有助于平抑未来能源市场的波动风险。
