Whitefield Industrials (ASX:WHF) will shift to paying dividends on a quarterly basis, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company declared fully franked dividends for the quarter ended June 30 of AU$0.0525 per ordinary share, the filing said.
The dividend is payable Sept. 21 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 7, per the filing.
